Ingest filesystem events from the proxy and emit to Socket.IO.

## Request body

- FileSystemEventsRequest — Batch of filesystem events from the proxy to FastAPI.
  - `sandbox_id` string, required
  - `sandbox_alias` string, nullable
  - `workspace_id` string, required
  - `api_version` string
  - `stale` boolean
  - `events` RawFileEvent[], required
    - `path` string, required
    - `old_path` string, nullable
    - `event_type` 'CREATED' | 'MODIFIED' | 'DELETED' | 'MOVED', required
    - `entity_type` 'FILE' | 'FOLDER'
    - `timestamp_ns` integer, required
