# Health Check

`GET /health`

Liveness, and the ALB target-group check.

Answers 503 while the ECS task-protection boot probe has failed: the ALB
then never marks this task healthy, ECS never stops an old task for it,
and the deploy fails instead of a tool call being cut later (QUA-3298).
