# List Session State

`GET /api/v1/sessions/state`

Return lightweight summaries of active/restored in-memory session state.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- SessionStateResponse — Response body for the session-state summary endpoint.
  - `ok` boolean — Whether the session-state query completed successfully.
  - `sessions` SessionStateSummary[] — Active or restored session summaries currently known to the server.
    - `key` string, required — Stable in-memory session key used by the server.
    - `workspace_id` string, required — Workspace identifier owning the session.
    - `user_id` string, required — User identifier owning the session.
    - `session_id` string, nullable — Optional explicit session identifier when one has been assigned.
    - `history_turns` integer — Number of conversation turns currently stored in session history.
    - `document_count` integer — Number of loaded document entries attached to the session state.
    - `memory_count` integer — Number of persisted memory items in the session manifest.
    - `log_count` integer — Number of execution log entries in the session manifest.
    - `artifact_count` integer — Number of artifacts currently tracked in the session manifest.
    - `updated_at` string, nullable — Last updated timestamp recorded in the session manifest, when available.

## Other responses

- `401` — Authentication is required or the provided token is invalid.
- `503` — Session state is unavailable because server startup is incomplete.
