# Turnover, current and previous financial year

`POST /kyc/company/financials`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.qorpiq.com`
- URL: `https://api.qorpiq.com/kyc/company/financials`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Turnover for the latest two financial years on record, lifted from the company's own filed AOC-4 (audited revenue from operations) or MGT-7 (company-declared turnover). Cache-first: companies already on record answer at once. A company not yet on record is fetched from MCA on demand; the response is 202 with Retry-After and the same call is polled until it returns 200. A 200 with coverage 'unavailable' states why MCA holds no figure (first accounts not yet due, no accounts ever filed, form unreadable). Companies only (21-character CIN). A 202 is not charged.

## Other responses

- `202`: The company is being fetched from MCA. Poll again after Retry-After seconds. Not charged.
- `400`: Invalid request body or parameters (LLPs and FCRNs are not supported).
- `401`: Missing or invalid x-api-key.
- `402`: Balance too low for this call. Add money to your QorpIQ balance to continue (reason credit_balance_exhausted is kept for compatibility).
- `429`: The account's daily limit for first-time company fetches is reached (companies already on record are unaffected). Retry after the Retry-After header, or contact support to raise the limit. Not charged.
