# Search

`POST /api/kb/search`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.qomplement.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.qomplement.com/api/kb/search`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Perform semantic search across indexed documents.

Results are filtered to only include the user's documents.
Optionally filter by batch_id for batch-specific search.

Args:
    request: Search query and filters

Returns:
    List of matching results with source tracking

## Request body

- SearchRequest: Request for semantic search
  - `query` string, required
  - `batch_id` string, nullable
  - `num_results` integer

## Response `200`
