Resolve a version-pinned module projection against live org data.

The dashboard spec comes from the immutable extension version. The data
remains live. This prevents a later Clouds redesign from silently changing
an already-published workspace module.

- CloudWorkflowRenderRequest: Resolve an immutable dashboard projection against live workflow data.
