# Start New Node Session

`POST /api/agent-chat/nodes/{node_id}/sessions/new`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.qomplement.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

Archive the current active session for this node and start fresh.

Idempotent in the sense that if no active session exists, this just
means the next message will create one (no work needed). Returns the
archived row id (if any) so the frontend can confirm.
