`GET /user/flat-funding`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.qfex.com`

- Auth: API key in header `x-qfex-hmac-signature` and API key in header `x-qfex-nonce` and API key in header `x-qfex-public-key` and API key in header `x-qfex-timestamp`

Return per-symbol net funding from the most recent snapshot where the authenticated account's position was flat.
