公开：各档今天是否售罄（只有状态，不含件数）与下一次 10:00。公开页是边缘快照，前端拉这个接口。
?me=1：已登录再叠加本人状态（今日已买 / 续买锁定）与 renew 三个数，取 /status 的同一份缓存，不另读 CRS。

- PaygAvailabilityResponse: GET /availability：公共 = 各档 available / sold_out；?me=1 且已登录 = 本人四态 + renew。

  - `reset_is_today` boolean, required
  - `renew` PaygRenewInfo: payg_renew_usage_low：本期额度已用百分比、需要的百分比、还差多少美元（不含任何库存信息）。

    - `used_pct` integer, nullable
    - `need_pct` integer, nullable
    - `need_usd` number, nullable
