List jobs with pagination, filters, and similarity sorting

## Query parameters

- `skip` integer
- `limit` integer
- `cursor` integer, nullable: Last job ID for keyset pagination (more efficient than skip)
- `q` string, nullable
- `location` string, nullable
- `location_id` string, nullable: Canonical location id(s) from /jobs/locations/suggest, comma-separated for multiple (hierarchical: state includes its cities; city is distance-based)
- `include_remote` boolean: With a location filter, also include remote jobs from the same country
- `near` string, nullable: Place name for distance filtering (e.g. 'Bengaluru' or 'London, GB')
- `lat` number, nullable: Latitude for distance filtering (overrides near)
- `lon` number, nullable
- `radius_km` number: Distance radius in km, used with near/lat+lon
- `workplace_type` string, nullable
- `job_type` string, nullable
- `job_level` string, nullable
- `max_experience` integer, nullable
- `autoapply` boolean: Only jobs whose application form auto-apply can fill
- `resume_id` integer, nullable
- `fields` string, nullable: Comma-separated fields to return (e.g., id,title,company)
