# Liste les biens locatifs accessibles au compte authentifié.

`GET /api/v1/properties`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.qalimo.fr`
- URL: `https://api.qalimo.fr/api/v1/properties`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Inclut les biens détenus par les profils bailleurs du compte ainsi que
les biens partagés avec lui. Seuls les biens actifs sont renvoyés, sauf
indication contraire via le filtre `status`.

  - `id` integer, required: Identifiant du bien.
  - `name` string, required: Nom d'affichage du bien.
  - `type` 'habitation' | 'commercial' | 'garage', required: Type de bien.
  - `city` string, required: Ville.
  - `postal_code` string, required: Code postal.
  - `rent_excluding_charges` number, required: Loyer hors charges, complément de loyer inclus.
  - `charges` number, required: Charges.
  - `status` 'active' | 'archived', required: État du bien (actif ou archivé).
