Google Ads por dimensión (device, network, hour, geo, age…) sumado por segmento en el período (default 30d). totales por dimensión; la lista es una página (offset).

## Request body

  - `dimension` string: Filter by breakdown dimension (e.g. device, network, hour)
  - `campaign_id` string
  - `date_from` string
  - `date_to` string
  - `limit` number: Segmentos por página
  - `offset` integer
