`POST /api/v1/list_members`

List the people of the active org with their role. Includes profile info (name, avatar). Service accounts (the agents' bot, internal Pymaia accounts) are not members and are not listed.

- `404`: Tool not found, internal-only, or excluded for OAuth connectors
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
