Lista los archivos SUBIDOS por el usuario e ingeridos (PDFs, CSV, uploads) y su estado de procesamiento. Distinto de list_workspace_files (artefactos markdown que genera el asistente). NO devuelve el contenido: para buscar dentro de estos documentos usá search_knowledge.

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
