Lee el HISTÓRICO de reportes ejecutivos ya generados (KPIs cross-channel, insights, acciones). Esto NO regenera nada: distinto de generate_daily_report (crea uno nuevo, gasta trabajo) y de preparar_reporte (ensambla datos crudos). El TEXTO del reporte vive en el workspace file: cuando hay workspace_file_id, traelo con get_workspace_file.
