`POST /api/v1/invite_user`

Invite a user by email to join the active org with a role. Creates an invitations row with a 7-day token.

## Request body

- `400`: Invalid params or handler error

- `404`: Tool not found, internal-only, or excluded for OAuth connectors
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
