Agrega un competidor a seguir. Guarda la marca; su sitio, sus anuncios y sus redes se leen después según la cadencia de la organización (o con `run_competitor_analyzer` y `sync_competitor_ads`, que gastan créditos).

- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
