# Create Gateway Endpoint

`POST /v1/gateway/endpoints/`

Create an Endpoint and its complete Provider configuration atomically.

## Request body

- GatewayEndpointCreate
  - `slug` string, required
  - `providers` GatewayEndpointProviderInput[], required
    - `provider_id` string, uuid, required
    - `priority` integer: The Gateway tries Providers with a higher priority first. Providers with the same priority are tried in a random order that follows their weights.
    - `weight` number
    - `active` boolean
  - `description` string, nullable

## Other responses

- `403`: The organization plan does not include Gateway provider management
- `409`: An Endpoint with the same slug already exists
- `422`: A Provider is not owned by this organization
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
