# Register an MCP OAuth public client

`POST /auth/mcp/register`

  - `redirect_uris` string[], required: Exact HTTPS or HTTP loopback callback URIs, or the supported fixed Cursor desktop return URIs. Custom schemes are not accepted generally. S256 PKCE and project consent are required for every client.
  - `token_endpoint_auth_method` 'none'

## Response `201`

Registered public client. No client secret is issued.
