`GET /sitemap/services`

## Request

Returns a cursor-paginated list of publicly indexable services (active only).
Intended for sitemap generation; returns minimal data. No authentication required.

- `limit` integer

Paginated list of indexable services.

    - `id` string, uuid, required
    - `slug` string, required
    - `lastmod` string, date-time, nullable, required
    - `indexable` boolean, required
  - `next_cursor` string, nullable: Opaque base64-encoded cursor for the next page; absent or null on last page.
  - `total` integer, required: Total count of indexable records (for shard planning).
