Create a new entry

## Request body `*/*`

- object
  - `name` string, required: Tag to be created.
  - `slug` string: Normalized text (alpha-numeric, no punctuation)
  - `domain` string: Namespace for tag
  - `parent_id` integer: Parent tag ID. Set this to create an alias for that tag.

## Response `201`

Successful entry creation

- `409`: Invalid data
