Create a storage resource

  - `import` boolean: Import
  - `importhostname` string: Import hostname
  - `autouserdir` boolean: Auto create user directory
  - `defaultquotaspace` integer: Default quota space in bytes
  - `defaultquotafile` integer: Default number of files
  - `getquotatypeid` integer: Get Quota message type ID
  - `createtypeid` integer: Create Quota message type ID
  - `groupmanaged` integer: Groups can manage directory structure and permissions
