Create a news article type

## Request body `*/*`

  - `name` string, required: The name of the type
  - `alias` string: A URL-friendly alias for the type. If none provided, one will be generated from the `name`.
  - `tagresources` integer: Allow articles to tag resources
  - `tagusers` integer: Allow articles to tag users
  - `location` integer: Allow articles to set location
  - `future` integer: Allow articles to set future
  - `ongoing` integer: Allow articles to set ongoing
  - `url` integer: A URL associated with the news article
  - `parentid` integer: Parent type ID
  - `state` string: Default filter for listings
  - `order_dir` string: Default sorting direction for listings
