  - `slug` string: URL slug. If not provided, one is genereated from the title.
  - `content` string: Content
  - `state` integer: Published state
  - `access` integer: Access level
  - `parent_id` integer: Parent page ID
  - `tags` string: A comma-separated list of keywords or phrases. Pass an empty value to unset all tags.
