Update a contact report

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

  - `datetimecontact` string: Timestamp (YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss) of the contact
  - `groupid` integer: ID of the associated group
  - `report` string: The report text
  - `contactreporttypeid` integer: Type ID for the entry
  - `notice` integer: Notice state

## Response `204`

Successful entry modification

- `409`: Invalid data
