# Decide a pending reply

`POST /replies/{id}/decide`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://app.pumpgtm.com/api/v1`

Runs exactly the same code as the inbox buttons. send posts the draft (text overrides it); invite, booking_link and start_sequence act on the thread; snooze waits days; meeting_booked, dismiss and opt_out close it. by is recorded for the audit trail. 404 when the reply is not pending in this workspace; 409 with the result when the decision could not be applied.

## Request body

  - `decision` 'send' | 'invite' | 'booking_link' | 'snooze' | 'start_sequence' | 'meeting_booked' | 'dismiss' | 'opt_out', required
  - `text` string: send only: replaces the generated draft.
  - `days` integer: snooze only.
  - `by` string: Who decided; defaults to api.

## Response `200`

Successful response. Read outcome fields; success does not imply delivery.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input; for partner keys also user_header_required when the account requires X-PumpGTM-User
- `401`: Missing, invalid or revoked key
- `403`: Workspace mismatch, channel or feature disabled; for partner keys also enterprise_required and user_disabled
- `404`: Resource unavailable in this workspace
- `409`: Revision, identity or state conflict: { error, message } and nothing changed
- `429`: Rate limit; respect Retry-After when provided
- `500`: internal_error: an unexpected failure on our side; retry, then contact PumpGTM
- `503`: Dependency unavailable; identity may be unknown
