# Set a LinkedIn account's daily invite cap or warm-up mode

`PATCH /linkedin/accounts/{accountId}/sending-limits`

dailyInviteCap 1 to 30 (the same range as the dashboard). mode warmup restarts the 6-day ramp (5, 7, 10, 15, 16, 20 a day) and is always allowed; mode outreach graduates the account to its configured cap. Graduating while the ramp is still running is refused with 409 warmup_in_progress, because LinkedIn restricts fresh accounts that burst; send acknowledgeEarlyGraduation: true to do it anyway. Returns the same shape as GET after the change. 400 nothing_to_update with an empty body.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input; for partner keys also user_header_required when the account requires X-PumpGTM-User
- `401`: Missing, invalid or revoked key
- `403`: Workspace mismatch, channel or feature disabled; for partner keys also enterprise_required and user_disabled
- `404`: Resource unavailable in this workspace
- `409`: { error: "warmup_in_progress", message }: the ramp has not finished and acknowledgeEarlyGraduation was not true; nothing changed
- `429`: Rate limit; respect Retry-After when provided
- `500`: internal_error: an unexpected failure on our side; retry, then contact PumpGTM
- `503`: Dependency unavailable; identity may be unknown
