# Edit, enable or disable a Workspace subscription

`PATCH /company/webhooks/{webhookId}`

## Request

Agency Workspace settings managers only. Personal webhook endpoints do not access Company subscriptions.

## Request body

- CompanyWebhookInput
  - `name` string: Trimmed, nonempty subscription name.
  - `url` string, uri: Trimmed public HTTP(S) URL. Private/local destinations are refused and DNS is checked again at delivery. Redirects are not followed.
  - `events` string[]
  - `isActive` boolean: Defaults to true on create; unchanged when omitted on update. Enabling resets the failure count.

## Response `200`

Successful Workspace-scoped response. Mutation and idempotent response snapshot commit together; identical retries return the original result.

## Other responses

- `400`: COMPANY_WEBHOOK_INPUT_INVALID: invalid fields, URL, events, webhook ID or idempotency key.
- `401`: API key authentication failed; existing API authentication error envelope.
- `403`: Workspace or role unavailable (AGENCY_CORE_ACCESS_DENIED).
- `404`: COMPANY_WEBHOOK_NOT_FOUND: no such subscription in the selected Workspace.
- `409`: COMPANY_WEBHOOK_CONFLICT, COMPANY_WEBHOOK_IDEMPOTENCY_CONFLICT or COMPANY_WEBHOOK_IDEMPOTENCY_IN_FLIGHT. In-flight responses include Retry-After; keep the original body and key.
- `503`: COMPANY_WEBHOOK_UNAVAILABLE: dependency or transaction unavailable. Retry the identical operation/key later.
