# Search every dataset listed on Australia's government open-data portals

`GET /api/v1/catalogue`

Words in q are matched against title, description and publisher, with plurals and other endings matched to their stem. Records that can take a vote come first. With ids, returns those records by id or vote key, and answers the id of a copy the catalogue dropped with the record that replaced it, naming each such pair in moved; with url, returns the record a portal URL names, or null. Each row's state is votable, chosen (planned in the register; its vote key is the register slug), served (it has a page here) or closed (no open licence or no file to read, with the reason).

- `400`: A parameter out of range
- `429`: Over the fair-use limit for one address. Wait Retry-After seconds.
- `503`: The catalogue index is not loaded yet, or the list of dropped copies could not be read
