`GET /coins`

## Request

Backtest-able coins, market-cap ordered. Stablecoins are excluded by
default (they carry a `stablecoin: true` flag) — the picker's default-on
"exclude stablecoins" toggle flips include_stablecoins=true to show them.
Excluding by default keeps the picker unchanged when the box is checked.

기본 유니버스에서 제외하고 include_non_crypto=true 로만 노출 — 응답에
asset_class 를 실어 프론트가 배지·토큰형 고지를 붙인다(#6690 동형).
