# Read the public price list

`GET /api/v1/tools/pricing`

What each tool costs to call, with no credential required — a price you cannot read before signing up is a price you cannot compare. Returns what a call debits from your wallet, and nothing about how that figure is arrived at.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- PricingResponse: The public price list. Takes no credential, and publishes no margin.
  - `tools` PricingRow[], required
    - `tool_name` string, required
    - `provider` string, nullable
    - `category` string, nullable
    - `estimated_billed_usd` number, nullable: What a representative call debits from your wallet. Computed at runtime; the actual debit follows the live provider cost.
    - `reference_billed_usd` number, nullable: Set instead of `estimated_billed_usd` when the provider meters from its response: the representative rate for that endpoint group, with the same markup applied. The debit follows the live response.
    - `cost_source` string, nullable: How the figure was derived — a published rate card, or a measurement.
  - `count` integer, required: Rows returned, after the `limit` was applied.
  - `total_tools` integer, required: Rows available before the limit.
  - `price_note` string, required: What the price figure means to a caller.
