Preview a new lease contract without saving.

## Request body

- PostContractsPreview: Preview a new lease contract without saving.
  - `attributes` object, required: Snake-case contract fields, including allocations_attributes and spaces_attributes.
  - `follow_up` object: Reminder settings; enabled requires due_on and a broker_id or team_id.
  - `unit_actions` object[]: Explicit source_property_id and action pairs. Omit to use domain defaults.

## Response `201`

Preview a new lease contract without saving.
