# Export search results as CSV

`GET /api/v1/search/export`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns up to 10,000 search-matched parcels as a CSV download. Accepts the same geographic + attribute filters as POST /api/v1/search. Designed for spreadsheet / Excel workflows; for programmatic ingestion, use the JSON search endpoint and paginate.

- `north` number, double
- `south` number, double
- `east` number, double
- `west` number, double
- `zoningCategories` string
- `sort` 'address' | 'city' | 'state' | 'owner_name' | 'total_assessed_value' | 'zoning' | 'year_built' | 'lot_size_acres' | 'ownership_type'
- `order` 'asc' | 'desc'
- `limit` integer

## Response `200`

CSV file. First row is a header. `Content-Disposition` is set to `attachment`.

## Other responses

- `400`: A query or body parameter is invalid. Nothing was read or charged.
- `401`: Missing, malformed or invalid credential.
- `405`: The endpoint exists but does not support this method. `Allow` lists the methods it does.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `500`: Unexpected server error. The body never carries database or driver text.
