# Recorded deed transactions for an owner

`GET /api/v1/owners/{name}/transactions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://propraven.com`
- URL: `https://propraven.com/api/v1/owners/{name}/transactions`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns up to 100 most-recent deed events where the named owner is either grantor or grantee. Useful for building an owner's transaction timeline across their portfolio.

## Response `200`

Transactions returned. Newest first. Capped at 100.

    - `document_number` string, nullable, required
    - `recording_date` string, date, nullable, required
    - `sale_date` string, date, nullable, required
    - `document_type` string, nullable, required: Recorded document type (Warranty Deed, Quit Claim, etc.).
    - `sale_price` number, nullable, required: USD. Null when state is non-disclosure.
    - `grantor_name` string, nullable, required
    - `grantee_name` string, nullable, required
    - `property_address` string, nullable, required
  - `count` integer, required

## Other responses

- `400`: A query or body parameter is invalid. Nothing was read or charged.
- `401`: Missing, malformed or invalid credential.
- `402`: Monthly call cap reached (free tier, or a paid tier with the hard cap enabled).
- `404`: The resource (or the endpoint) does not exist.
- `405`: The endpoint exists but does not support this method. `Allow` lists the methods it does.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `500`: Unexpected server error. The body never carries database or driver text.
- `504`: The query did not finish in time. Retry after `Retry-After` seconds or narrow the request.
