`GET /marches`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.propecto.eu/v1`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `x-api-cle`
  - HTTP bearer

Coût : 1 unité du quota journalier et 1 unité du quota mensuel « marchés » (depuis la v1.2).

## Response `200`

Avis.

- Marches
  - `resultats` object
    - `total` integer
    - `total_borne` boolean: Vrai si le total a été plafonné.
    - `results` AvisMarche[]
  - `attribution` string

## Other responses

- `401`: Clé absente, malformée, inconnue ou révoquée.
- `429`: Quota journalier OU quota mensuel de la famille atteint. Corps ErreurQuotaMensuel pour le mensuel ; en-tête Retry-After (secondes).
- `500`: Vérification de la clé impossible.
- `502`: Échec de la requête à la base.
