  - `recording_type` string: The type of recording supported at the location. ELECTRONIC, PAPER, or NONE.
  - `eligible` boolean: Allowed legally and by organizations preferences.
  - `eligible_title_agencies` TitleAgency[]: The title agencies that are eligible for the recording location.
    - `id` string: The ID of the title agency.
    - `name` string: The name of the title agency.
    - `alta_id` string, nullable: The ALTA ID of the title agency.
    - `address` string, nullable: The address of the title agency.
    - `eligible_underwriters` Organization[], nullable: The list of title underwriters that the title agency works with.
      - `id` string: The ID of the organization.
      - `name` string: The name of the organization.
    - `company_notaries` boolean: Whether the title agency has company notaries.
  - `eligible_title_underwriters` Organization[]: The title underwriters that are eligible for the recording location.
    - `id` string: The ID of the organization.
    - `name` string: The name of the organization.
