# WhatsApp webhook verification

`GET /webhooks/whatsapp`

## Request

Meta sends a GET request to verify the webhook URL. Responds with the hub.challenge value if the verify_token matches.

## Query parameters

- `hub.mode` string, required: Must be "subscribe"
- `hub.verify_token` string, required: Verification token configured in Meta
- `hub.challenge` string, required: Challenge string to echo back

## Response `200`

Verification successful — returns challenge string

## Other responses

- `403`: Invalid verify token
