`GET /ready`

Readiness probe for K8s. Returns 200 only when all critical services (MongoDB, Redis) are connected.

## Response `200`

All critical services ready

- LivenessResponse: Liveness probe response — always returns ok if the process is alive
  - `status` 'ok', required
  - `timestamp` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `503`: Not ready — one or more critical services unavailable
