# Auto-verify (test mode only)

`POST /api/v1/verifications/{id}/test-verify`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.proof.holdings`
- URL: `https://api.proof.holdings/api/v1/verifications/{id}/test-verify`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Instantly complete a verification in test mode. Only works with test API keys (`pk_test_*`). Returns 403 for production keys. Generates a valid proof token without requiring user action.

## Other responses

- `400`: Verification is not in pending status
- `403`: Test mode required — only available with pk_test_* keys
- `404`: Verification not found (must be a test-environment verification)
