`POST /api/v1/me/phones/add`

## Request

Start adding a new phone number via reverse OTP verification.

## Request body

- AddPhoneRequest: Request body for adding a new phone
  - `channel` 'telegram' | 'whatsapp' | 'sms', required: Messaging channel for phone verification
