`GET /api/v1/auth/complete/{sessionId}`

Complete auth session via callback link (WhatsApp/Telegram/SMS). Sets JWT cookie and redirects to the page the sign-in started from (`return_to` at session creation), else the dashboard.

- `302`: Redirects to the sign-in's `return_to` path, else the dashboard, with JWT cookie set
