`GET /api/v1/accounts/{id}/events`

Subscribe to real-time account-session status updates via Server-Sent Events. Public endpoint — session ID acts as bearer secret. Mirrors GET /auth/sessions/:id/events but uses a distinct SSE tenant bucket so account traffic does not share the auth budget.
