# Queries were won or lost

`POST citations.changed` (webhook)

Sent when the damped won/lost detection found changes — alongside run.completed for a weekly or on-demand check, and on its own for a daily check, which sends nothing when nothing changed (a loss needs two consecutive missing checks of the same kind — one noisy answer never fires it). Same payload shape as run.completed, minus the visibilityScore field (that enrichment rides run.completed only).
