# Get insolvency notice by ID

`GET /records/{id}`

## Request

Fetch a single registry risk notice by numeric ID. Includes the full `notice_text` and `raw_data` fields that are omitted from search results.

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing, invalid, or expired API key
- `404`: Record or endpoint not found
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded — see `Retry-After` header for seconds until reset
