# List scored public buyers by risk (beta, ES + FR)

`GET /procurement/buyers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.prometiam.com/functions/v1/risk-api`
- URL: `https://api.prometiam.com/functions/v1/risk-api/procurement/buyers`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Contracting bodies ordered by one of the two buyer scores, highest first, with keyset pagination: a portfolio screen (`min_score=8`), a region view or a name lookup to find a buyer's identifier. Each row carries the buyer, its coverage and both risk blocks; the full profile (behaviour, evidence, top suppliers) is on /procurement/buyer/{id}. Beta; Spain and France.
