# List Batch Export Jobs

`GET /api/v1/data-collection/batches/{batch_id}/export`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.prolific.com`

- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Lists every export job requested for a batch, most recent first, including which filter (if any) each was scoped to.

Manually deleted export jobs are excluded — from this list, a deleted export is indistinguishable from one that was never requested. Use `GET /batches/{batch_id}/export/{export_id}` for the full status of a specific job, including its download URL if complete.

Only researchers with workspace access to the batch can list its export jobs.

Export jobs for this batch

- BatchExportListItem[]
  - `export_id` string, uuid, required: The export job ID. Use this with `GET /batches/{batch_id}/export/{export_id}` for full status, including the download URL if complete.
  - `filter` ExportJobFilter, required: Optional filter narrowing an export to a subset of an entity's responses. `study_id`, `from`, and `to` combine as AND when more than one is given. Absent/`null` means the unfiltered "full" export.
    - `study_id` string: Only responses submitted under this Prolific Study ID are included.
    - `from` string, date-time: Only responses with `created_at` on or after this ISO 8601 datetime (inclusive) are included.
    - `to` string, date-time: Only responses with `created_at` before this ISO 8601 datetime (exclusive) are included.
  - `status` 'generating' | 'complete' | 'failed', required: The export job's current status. Manually deleted jobs never appear in this list.
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required: When the export job was requested.

## Other responses

- `403`: Forbidden — user does not have workspace access to this batch
