# Get a broadcast

`GET /api/v1/broadcasts/{broadcast_id}/`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.prolific.com`
- URL: `https://api.prolific.com/api/v1/broadcasts/{broadcast_id}/`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

A broadcast as it was sent, with how many recipients have replied. List its conversations with `GET /api/v1/conversations` and its `broadcast_id`.

A broadcast that wasn't sent from your account returns 404. Pass `workspace_id` for one sent from a workspace you're in.

  - `participant_group` BroadcastWithRepliesParticipantGroup, required: The participant group it was sent to, or null.
    - `id` string, required
    - `name` string, required: The group's name when it was sent.
  - `recipient_count` integer, required
  - `datetime_created` string, date-time, required
  - `replied_count` integer, required: How many recipients have replied. Your own follow-ups don't count.

## Other responses

- `400`: Error
- `503`: Message service temporarily unavailable
- `504`: Message query timed out
