# Patch Privacy Settings

`PATCH /users/privacy-settings`

Patch consent fields with append-only audit trail.

Accepts any combination of allow_ai_improvement, marketing_consent and
analytics_consent.
For each changed field, appends { field, from, to, timestamp } to
consent_withdrawal_history. No-ops fields whose value is unchanged.

If no privacy settings row exists (e.g. clinician who skipped the parent
location step), creates one with jurisdiction_code=PENDING.
