`POST /subscription/snooze-paywall`

## Request

Snooze the paywall for the user.

Sets paywall_snoozed_until timestamp based on PAYWALL_SNOOZE_HOURS env var.
Rejects with 423 if account is locked out (must subscribe, no snooze allowed).
