Today's catch-up digest for one client, fetched on its own so the feed's
list view renders without waiting on Haiku. Cache hit is instant; a cold
miss generates inline (~7s). `child_id` comes from the client, so access is
gated here (the feed path relies on its own RLS instead).

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- CatchupDigestResponse: One child's catch-up digest, fetched on its own (the Summarised view decoupled from the feed so the list renders without waiting on Haiku). `digest` is None when there's nothing to summarise or generation failed - the client falls back to the list view.
